7.3 Extra Information: Channel

 
     
 

Click on the Sogeti Employee Self Service link found in the Navigator section:

 
     
 
 
     
 

There are four options under Self Service:

 
 

All Actions Awaiting Your Attention,
Personal Information,
Talent Management,
Extra Information

 
     
 

Click on 'Extra Information'

 
 
 
     
 

Click 'Add' to add channel

 
 
 
     
 

For example to add channel 'Business Solution Architecture'

 
     
 

Type 'BSA' in channel
Tab to Comments field if you want to enter any comments
Click 'Apply' to save

 
     
 

NOTE:
After adding a channel, available options will be 'Add', 'Delete', 'Update'.
Please select one and only one channel. If you have added any channel by mistake then please update the old channel. NEVER USE DELETE.

 
     
 
 
     
  Click 'Next'  
 
 
     
 

Click 'Submit' to save.

 
     
 

NOTE:
Once a Channel is selected, you are only to change it annually at the time of your performance review. Likewise, this system only allows you to select one active channel at a time.
