After an Expense report has been entered and submitted for Approval, the unit supervisor has to review and Approve/Reject all the expense report. Follow the steps below to review and approve expense reports:
Click on "Sogeti HR Superuser" responsibility on the Main Menu page (click on Home to get back to Main Menu).
Under "Human Resources: Reports" , click on "Workflow Notifications".
This will display a list of all notifications (including expense reports) submitted for approval. Click on the notification to review details.
If changes are required, click on the "Reject" button to disapprove the expense report. This will send the report back to the resource for changes and expense details will have to be adjusted just like it was done in the expense entry step.
If no changes are required, then click on the "Approve" button to finalize the expense report.
